1. What we provide.

VastuVerdict generates automated Vastu Shastra analysis reports from information you supply (form entries, text descriptions, floor-plan images, or video). Analysis is produced by a deterministic, codified rule base; artificial intelligence is used only to read your inputs, and you are asked to confirm what it read before a verdict is produced.

2. Guidance only.

Vastu Shastra is a traditional body of knowledge with regional and scriptural variation. Reports are provided for guidance and educational purposes only. They are not architectural, structural, engineering, legal, financial, or medical advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. You alone are responsible for decisions — including purchase, construction, or renovation decisions — made after reading a report.

3. No guaranteed outcomes.

We make no representation that following any recommendation will produce any particular life, health, financial, or other outcome.

4. Your inputs.

You confirm you have the right to share any floor plan, photo, or video you upload, and that inputs contain no unlawful content. You retain ownership of your inputs.

5. Paid reports.

Paid unlocks are delivered instantly on the report page and by email. Pricing is shown before payment. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use.

No scraping, automated bulk submission, reverse engineering of the rule base beyond the published transparency endpoint, or resale of reports without a written agreement (consultant-plan subscribers have such an agreement — see the Consultant Terms).

7. Availability.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
